DIVER - Level 1

Here at Notable, we specialize in document processing and AI-assisted data extraction. DIVE is one vital part of our multifaceted extraction solution. DIVE is short for Document Identification and Value Extraction.

Position Summary:

• Fully Remote
• Flexible Hours (Minimum 20 hours a week, not to exceed 29 hours)
• Paid training (expect training to take 3-5 months)
• Starting pay $18/hour
• We provide a company-owned laptop and external monitor
• Tentative start date: January 8th

What We Are Looking For:

DIVERs are a critical component to our business. The clients who use Notable Systems depend on our software, backed with a layer of human-review (if needed). We authenticate and verify information with our software – but with an extra set of eyes. It’s THAT important, especially when managing healthcare and patient-related information. DIVERs are trained to identify different types of documents and forms, such as prescriptions, insurance claims and other medical documents, then apply their training to train our software for identifying these document types automatically, customized for each client.

This role does not require a technical background - our training course will teach you everything you need to know!

Job Requirements:

• Average of 20 hours/week (can work up to 29 hours)
• At least 5 of your hours need to be Monday-Friday between 9am-3pm ET/6am-12pm PT. (But please let us know if this is the only deal breaker because we might be able to work something out for you.)
• Must be 18 years or older and live in the US.
• A cell phone (you will need this for multi-factor authentication to log on to our system)
• You must have a private place to work (a bedroom or home office is fine, but we cannot work from public coffee shops or libraries where people can look over your shoulder.)
• Internet access (minimum speed 10 Mbps download/ 3Mbps upload)
• Proficiency at using and navigating around a computer
• A problem-solving mindset
• Good at communicating and not afraid to ask questions

Preferred:

Some limited prior experience in computer programming is a plus! If you took a simple programming class back in high school, or played around with some coding projects at some point, that will be a useful background for you. We will teach you all you need to know, but a little past experience will make it easier for you.
